They posted an article about cosplays. I must say, I felt so very honored to be selected amongst such awesome works (there are some great cosplays in the gallery, and I donnot mean my own).

What else is going on?
B'Elanna turned 2.... 2!!!! How time flies!! Her birthday was nice with lot;s of family and friends who dropped by.
Snake is basically done. I'm putting my hands on the final touching up of all props and parts. I need to weather the knee-band and attach the survival knife to my liking. I don;t have the gun and I might not pick that up at all. Airsoft or any other form of a gun replica is strictly forbidden and having or obtaining one is a fellony under national law (with exception of the flintlocks, wich are considered antiques I believe).
I might organize a photoshoot on Belgium soil at a friend's private property. I might be able to borrow an M1911 there. Legislation of airsoft weapons is smoother there and you are allowed to have airsoft weapons in your home (waving them around in public places is a different story ofcourse).
Then.... I'm beating Snake Eater 3D on Extreme difficulty.... I'm now in Grozjny Grad again, but I must say.... certain game mechanics were not designed to NOT BE ALLOWED TO BE SEEN. Escaping from Granin's research facility, just outside his room after talking to Granin was a pain. There was a soldier next to the door and a scientist who walks around.... The scientists recognize you before you can use the zzzzz-cigs.... Anyways... enough rambling, it was annoying.... 3DS controls made beating the Pain a.... Pain. But the Fear and the Fury fell easily. I am not looking forward to the fight with the Boss on this difficulty....
Anyways, tests results from study came back, all good. Just finished up a small research project on behaviour of the King Heron (Blauwe reiger), of which a colonny nests in the Artis zoo here in Amsterdam. We missed out last year because we were told to look for the right behaviour in march-april... It just so happens these bloody Herons do all their buisness way earlier, at the end of january even up to the beginning of february.
BUT we got what we needed and I was able to finish the assignment.
Ow, and Ubisoft confirmed a new character for the next Assassin's Creed

I love the fact they take the MGS story arch and make a spin-off in the form of an entire new game.
